Tesco refund for late delivery - hooray!!!

cant find my original thread but my delivery was mega late and they offered me a delivery charge refund which I said no to then a £5 ecoupon off my next order!!!

Again I said NO!!!! and today they have refunded my delivery charge and put £10 back into my account!!!!

RESULT!!!

You need to be strong aand persistant with Tesco...

Mine were an hour late and never called me to say so...I spoke to a manager on cs at dundee who said he would refund delivery but nothing else yet he asked me what I was prepared to accept iykwim.. Why ask when you can offer..!

Any how I asked for the store to call me back (usually won't do) and the grocery manager called me back, was brill, sympatetic to the fact I had sat in waiting with 2 lo's for 3 hours yet I could have swapped my day around had I known iykwim and...............she refunded delivery and agreed to a £20 voucher...a day later my delivery was refunded and I got a £25 voucher .
£30 in total. Tesco are buggers and try to cover themselves with small print. I only use them due to cc points but I think their cs side is crap. Even the store is crap with cs 99% of the time. Shame really.
