(IME they do one survey a month, usually about consumer products iyswim - although I think some people get more than one - each one pays £4, into your paypal account in a couple of days, & some also do sampling where you try something out and then do another survey about it and get another £4 )

na, it may not be Nigerian but probably is - like all those emails that that say they have $12,000,000 dollars in an account which they need someone to receive for them & they will pay you a percentage, "now can we have your bank account details please?"

Or it's money laundering. Either way, just delete it
