I'm gutted to have lost a lovely Joules silk scarf friends bought me for my birthday . It was the first time I'd worn it grrrr... Anyway, I'd love to replace it, but it's expensive especially when I add on delivery, so am hoping to find discounts. Thanks!

If you phone their customers service department you may be lucky and get free postage-thats what i did!

If they are dishing out 20% discounts, I'd guess the sale is about to start, and things like that usually go straight to half price-can you bear to wait a week or two?

I know, missblythe, but I feel terrible about losing it as it was a gift. The girls will soon be noticing... Maybe if I phone they will tell me when the sale is starting.

just had an e mail from joules-the entire summer collection is now 20% off!!!!!!

That's what they gave me when I phoned them this morning. I couldn't persuade them to do free P&P instead which would have saved a bit more, but 20% better than nothing!
