Download the Chase UK app and open an account - no hard search on your file so it will not effect your credit score. :)

Activate the code in the Chase app by head down to 'Rewards'. Tap 'Been referred by a friend?' and enter the code - 9F5ASR

Pay in a total of £1,000 or more to your Chase account within your first 30 days and you will receive the £50 straightaway :)

£50 will be in your Rewards balance :)

If you need another code for £50, please let me know.
