Anyone tried Crimpit for quick lunches and snacks

I keep seeing Crimpit pop up and I am genuinely curious if it is as handy as people say. I am always trying to find easy lunch ideas for the kids and for myself and the idea of being able to make something simple without a lot of mess sounds pretty appealing.
I was looking at their site crimpit.com and it seems straightforward enough but I would love to know if it actually gets used regularly once the novelty wears off.
Also sharing in case it helps anyone. I found a few discount codes listed here https://vouchers.hotdeals.com/brands/crimpit which might make it a little cheaper to try.
If anyone has one let me know if it is worth it or if it ends up living in the drawer like half the gadgets in my kitchen.

If you’re someone who’s always making little snacks or rushing to get lunches sorted, you’ll probably use it loads. If you’re fine just making a quick sandwich, then it might end up as another gadget gathering dust.

I’ve got one and I actually still use it pretty often. It’s not some life changing gadget but it does make quick lunches easier, especially on those days when I can’t be bothered to think. The kids like it because the wraps come out neat and not as messy as when I fold them by hand.
It’s cheap enough that I don’t feel bad about it taking up space, and I reach for it more than I thought I would. If you already use wraps a lot, it’s a nice little extra to have.

I haven’t used Crimpit, but things like this often sound better in theory than in real life. If you try it, maybe test it for a week to see if it actually becomes useful or just gathers dust.

I bought a couple last year for my son as stocking present. One was used once, never again and the other hasnt even been opened. A bit gimmicky in my opinion.

I have one I use with Warburtons thins. I make a toasted cheese sandwich with it by popping it into the air fryer for 5 minutes once crimped. Have put other fillings in it too.

There was a thread a while back about people’s worst ever purchases. Or something like that. I distinctly remember the Crimpit featuring heavily!
