I’ve name-changed but am a longtime MN user, UK-based. I earn money training AIs to understand and complete tasks from my occupation. It’s fairly easy work, 15 hrs/week, remote and totally flexible on time, but with limited spots for each occupation.

Yes, this is true -- I thought self-evident from it being a referral code, but am not trying to hide anything. Referral payment depends on the role but of the ones I've seen is up to $350, once someone completes 10 hrs (also disclosed at all those links). As far as I'm aware the referral doesn't alter the amount the job pays (i.e. no MNer is losing out by using the link), but I assume it is possible to sign up by making a profile on the site directly and not using the links.
