I use the brand Jude for bladder control, which contains Pumpkin seed Oil & soy germ. It’s fantastic! You get an extra booster pack when you order it directly from Jude rather than buying from say boots etc, so that you can take an extra tablet (so 3 per day instead of the usual 2) for the first, I think, 10 days or so.
