Switched 2 months ago- so impressed with their innovative tarrifs and willingness to pass savings on to the customer.
Heard an excellent discussion with their CEO on a radio show (think it was something on Radio4) before switching- all about flexible pricing and was so impressed with his approach.
We use Agile tariff- price varies on a half hourly basis but even if we didn't try and "load shift" away from 4-7pm to optimise our costs, we would STILL be saving money.
Soon to get solar/battery and a number of useful tarrif options there too.
