Dear sir /madam I was wondering if you could help me I was doing my gardening when a young boy of maybe 6 o 8 said what are you staring at leave me alone go away I don't believe I did anything I never spoke engaged or looked at the child I was just carrying on with my garden. The parent did nothing to control the child what should I do? I was distressed and upset should I be concerned about the child.

Take her to see a child therapist better still discipline is the best way correction is prevention
