Probably a stupid question, but I can't find the answer anywhere!
I get that you pay £7.99 a month and get various benefits. One is 10% off your shop twice a month. What I am trying to find out is, ok, so I'm thinking you have a QR code on the app that you scan to get the 10% off.
When do you do this? I use a staffed till as I buy a LOT of food (two teenage sons 😅). Do I decide "this is the week" after it's all been scanned and I'm thinking "blimey, that's a lot"?
Does the staff member scan my phone?
As I said, probably a stupid question. I'm a detailed person! I don't want to turn up at the till and not know what to do! 😁
