EDF are absolutely awful - I've just taken them to the Energy Ombudsman and won. It would need to be a fuck load more than £50 to get me to sign up again - their customer service is especially poor. Good luck to you...

I have never had issues with EDF. Great service. They are running gas and electricity tariff promotion at the moment plus you get £50 for switching.
