Bike Club has been taking more than one payment for bikes we have hired for a while due to an error in their system. They acknowledged this but have done nothing about it, with additional money being taken from our accounts and no refund in sight. Very poor, and beware as it can leave you out of pocket, and the overseas call center does not care!
