Looking to renew contract on broadband came across offer from vouchercodes £140 Amazon voucher for any new contracts took out with Virgin Media, followed link said I would hear from them in a couple of days once they had proof of purchase etc.
Alas no email confirmation from them received, emailed them to follow up. Got a we will respond in 2 working days, they haven’t bothered.
I’m still in cooling off period with Virgin so will be cancelling, would anyone know
- Are voucher codes obligated to honour this offer.
- if I have to pay any admin fees to cancel, will I be able to pass these onto voucher codes, because I don’t see why I should pay when I have been misled ?
Does anyone know ?
