Many Pets - Yes, they can be quick with small claims. But now waiting 3 months for £1400 claim to be settled for our 3 year old springer. They contact your vet for information and received that very quickly 2 months ago....I keep checking but still waiting for to show "Back with Claim Handler". But still waiting. I wrote to customer service 2 weeks ago but NO REPLY. Which? seem to think they are the best - goodness knows what the poorer ones are like!
