They offer six different options to select from-

• Pescatarian (High-quality fish dishes with leafy greens, veggies, and dairy)

You choose an option when signing up but can still view and select from all recipes.

It's easy to skip a box or cancel, so you aren't tied in. The first box is FREE, worth £37.50 (which covers three meals for two) and if you do choose to continue you can get £15 off your second and third boxes and £10 off the fourth.

Just a heads up that you get a free box then earn referral credit, you can't use this at the same time as other discounts like the £15 off your second box. Referral credit can only be used against full price boxes, this is hidden in the t&c's.
