NatWest £200 switch

NatWest are currently offering £200 to switch to one of their accounts.
you must use the switching service and you need to deposit £1250 in first 60 days and then you will get £200 in 7 days.

i have a current account that is separate to my main account that I use for these switching offers.

What does deposit mean? Does it mean it can go in and out again or is that what your balance needs to be at the end?
