Simply Cook favourite meals

As of this week I've discovered Simply Cook boxes and really liking them. There's so many options and we're not picky or have any allergies so wondered if anyone has any that they re-order. Our fave so far has been the Vietnamese pork.

We adore the the Laska. Reorder Nyonya, chilli chicken chowder, Balinese chicken and the firecracker noodles. Be warned though the firecracker noodles are actually pretty hot which is perfect for us but avoid or adjust to your tastes if your not good with spice. The makhani is pretty good but I prefer my own recipe. Trying out the tamil black pepper chicken this weekend. What's been your favourite so far?

We've found them all to be spicier than we expected... I say all, we've tried 3! The Vietnamese pork was really good, we'll definitely make that a regular. The Louisiana linguine was alright, nothing special but nice for a quick tea. We try not to eat too much meat so that one can easily just be made with veg which is a plus. I'm not sure I've saw the Laksa yet, will definitely look it up, and I'm making the Nyonya tomorrow. A few of the reviews mentioned substituting the potatoes for courgette so giving that a go. We've been really impressed so far.
