I made the murgh kari on Saturday night.Really tasty.I made it with chicken thighs and served it with bombay potatoes and an onion salad.

I'm not a fan of meat replacements but kids love veggie mince (Tesco do a good one) and I do meatballs, lasagne etc.
My kids are pescatarian so it is easier.

Watch out for non veggie things like mini cheddars, some pestos and things you just wouldn't think weren't veggie.

Fritata, veg curry (no fake meat), risotto and pasta are my go to. Also do pizza, pakora etc. Daal is sometimes a hit, spicy cauliflower nuggets OK too.

It's easier now than it was, but so much of the plant based stuff is shut, expensive and v high in nasties.

My kids do help prep and cook so it does make it less.of a task.

The Simply Cook wild mushroom penne is gorgeous and creamy,especially if you pimp it up with extra creme fraiche and some chicken,chorizo etc.
