Used asda last week for the first time. They turned up two and a half hours late! Hope they are better for everyone else.

Oh dear that doesn't sound to good annwoo. I have used them twice now and have been very pleased with their service especially the price match on substitutes and bubblewrap around the eggs!

I have used them for a couple of years now, and they have not been late. I would ask them to waver the next delivery fee - I'm sure they would.
