OK, does this mean they need to transfer the account by the weekend but then have the 14 says to submit the referral form?

I read it was 28th so next Tuesday. I think that is the date you have to make the application to switch by (but you then have a further 14 days to submit the refer a friend form). Hope that’s how you read it too!
