How long does it take to receive the £20 referral credit? I received emails to say that people had used my code but have not yet received the credits.

They credit you as they send each person their box. It may be that some of the people have ordered for a few weeks time or had their box cancelled or postponed. I had 5 emails to say people had signed up but have only had one lot of credit so far
