Does anyone fancy trying Simply cook?

www.simplycook.com/invite/9HHMTA?t=cp&pg=ref&via=dt

You get 4 recipe cards & the herbs/spices needed to make them, for free. Each meal takes about 20 mins to make, they each serve 2-4 people (you add a few more ingredients to stretch to 4 people).

The thing me and my family like about this is that you buy the fresh ingredients yourself so you aren't on a time limit and there's no waste, and you can adapt each recipe to eveggie/vegan/GF etc etc. With meal boxes like hello fresh and gousto, you have to cook all the recipes that same week as all fresh ingredients are sent. We do like HF but I don't have time to cook 4 or 5 new meals every week. We have had 2 simply cook boxes and only have 1 or 2 of these meals a week.

Hope this info helps :) enjoy your boxes!

Just here to give some recipe recommendations. All of their recipes have a vegetarian or vegan alternative which is really good.

Mexican Chipotle Chicken is really lovely, you make a coleslaw and sweet potato wedges to go with it and the pulled chicken is on a brioche bun but you could take away the bun and still be full up in my opinion

Chicken Makhani is a lovely curry that reminds me of butter chicken

Nasi Goreng is one I had last night, it's a chicken fried rice type dish but it had so much flavour

Cuban Mojo Pasta - if you like creamy pasta and if you like a bit of spice, this is perfect. We made it with king prawns I found in the reduced section, but you can swap easily for chicken or something else.
