Being charged £20+ for 'free' Gousto

I used one of the links for my first free box. Went through fine. Just logged into my account and can now see I've been charged over £20! It was definitely showing free when I placed my order. Anyone else having issues?

I have the same issues too, yesterday still free and login today need £17.59

I contacted them via live chat, the person said that they would contact their marketing department and get back to me. Apparently I will hear back between 2-4 hours so will let you know what they tell me.

I've noticed the 30% off for other boxes in the next month hasnt been applied either :(

I must have spoke to someone else on live chat, they told me it's a bug with their site and I won't be charged for my box.

Technical glitch according to the auto reply on their live chat

They told me they are trying to fix an IT issue and the box will still be free

I had my free box delivered last Saturday. My account had been saying zero balance but I have just checked and it's now saying a balance of £17 odd.

Also just received an email from Gousto saying that they are having problems with the discount codes and they wanted to reassure me that the box was free and I will not be charged. I shall keep an eye on my bank though.

Yes I had this too

There's a pending transaction of almost £40 in my bank account...but they said that it would be refunded back automatically. So do check your bank accounts as well. Will wait to see if it gets refunded back and when!
