How is Gusto credit applied?

Three people (thank you whoever you are!) have used my promo code which is £60 credit.

Is the credit applied £20 to each of my next orders or will it be applied in one go? For example:

Order one - £20 off
Order two - £20 off
Order three - £20 off

Or

Order one - £60 off

If the second option and I spend less than the total credit, will it carry over to the next order?

If you have £60 credit and you place an order worth £50 then your credit will be automatically taken off the price of the box and you would have £10 credit left

Can I just ask how you know how many people have used your code? Did they email you each time? Only I haven’t received any emails at all, yet when my friend tried to order a box she was told the code was invalid. When I questioned Gousto they told me the code had been used the maximin number of times

They usually do email you but I've definitely had some go awol.... I had 4 emails, but all the code apparently used. I've had 2 credits applied this week - awaiting the three more to see what happens!

I have always been emailed straight away when I referred friends. This time I have had no emails whatsoever so assumed no one was interested. Sent to my friend last night, she got charged full amount & when queried I got informed it has been used maximum amount of times. 🤔 Was wondering if others were receiving emails each time as I still haven’t received a single email or anymore credit

I got emailed each time (3 times). I think each code can be used 5 times per month? I think I've read that somewhere.

Strange that I haven’t had one email yet all codes have been used up. Will wait and see if I receive any credit.

If you have the 30% off your next few boxes then that will also get knocked off along with using your credit
