Just ordered my free box!

I paid for FF last year got 2 half price bunches and was totally underwhelmed and felt really cheated. They offered me more free bunches when I phoned to cancel, i said an emphatic no thanks!

fwiw, I’ve had bloom and wild before and they were (usually) nice, got sent a bunch for my birthday last week and they were frankly meh

Just received my flowers & they are stunning! Sunflowers, gladioli & some sort of big yellow blooms! Really lovely greenery too. I’m tempted to carry on & treat myself monthly.

I loved my free box, I’ve skipped a few weeks and claimed my free vases. I think I might do this monthly as a treat to myself too!

@Catlitterqueen how did you get free vases?

@NCTDN Everytime someone uses your code to get a free box they credit you with £25 to spend in their shop. There isn’t a huge range to choose from but I’ve had bud bases, their large vase, a cut down vase and a cloth bag.
They add them to your next delivery so you need to buy more flowers to get them but I’m on my first paid flower delivery and have claimed all of my shop credit so I’m very pleased!

@Kanta I didn’t, I didn’t know that was part of the deal!
I did skip 3 weeks so that I was only getting monthly deliveries so maybe that’s why?

My flowers are now looking very sad and I haven't had them 2 weeks yet. The gladioli never fully opened as they were squashed and bent in the box and the roses are likely to drop their petals tomorrow. I have cancelled now so don't suppose I can use the shop credits from the 2 people who used my codes either. Not terribly impressed.

How do I let them know I don’t want any more flowers? Do I E Mail?

I had my free flowers 2 weeks ago & another box has just arrived - could that be free ones from someone else as it’s supposed to be monthly? I still haven’t phoned them.
