How easy is it to cancel Freddie’s Flowers? I have read some reviews that say it’s hard to cancel once you’ve signed up and I don’t want to be tied into a subscription

My friend cancelled their subscription via email and had no problems.

Freddie’s flowers are beautiful. Keep an eye on your bank account though - I recommended dh and they took 2 x £25 and only sent one lot of flowers. I had intended on skipping every other week and even though I asked to skip online they still took the money and the flowers came. Also no free vase came, which was advertised.

It’s a shame as the flowers are genuinely beautiful, I just hope they can sort their admin out!

There is a calendar on the website so you just book the days you want them delivered. I was having them every two weeks but now once a month, when I'm paid. I like spring flowers and they are cheap so begrudge paying £25 for flowers. They were fab over Christmas.

Oh dear. I've not had that happen. They've taken the money and. It delivered the flowers but it was dealt with quickly and I received a box the following day.
