Here's how to do it
Fill in your basic details and order your child a card
Top up by £20 (you get this back)
Activate the card once it arrives and you receive £20
Go to the ATM and withdraw your £40

You get one month membership free. Then you can either cancel the card or continue using for £2.99 per month.
