I got put onto BG when Robin Hood went under. Dreadful customer service. The chap who called up to try and keep me with them actually started to taunt me over the phone. Things had been so bad up to that point I barely reacted.
I’ve been with them years ago and their customer service was dire then but it’s so much worse now.
