I'm struggling to find the answer online to this.
I placed an Ikea order in Feb. I joined Ikea Family when placing the order. I got a discount on everything and paid £9 delivery.
I'm just doing another order and it's got the same sort of items in - paper roll, whiteboard pens etc etc. Nothing has been discounted with my Family Card (I'm logged in) and delivery is £14.95.
Appreciate delivery charge might wane a bit.
Does anyone know if the discount in Feb would have been due to it being my first order with the family membership or did they happen to do a family membership big promotion or is something amiss? I've tried emptying the basket and starting again. Can't be bothered to call them and be on hold.
