Oh god, dont do it.

You have to register with other sites and take up their offers, like Lovefilm or Blockbuster. Hire out some films for a month etc.
I think its normally about 3 things you have to register with.

Then you have to refer a gizillion people and when they register with so many places then you get your gift card
