I'm a little puzzled about how I get my cash! I've put in my paypal email address, do I have to put in my bank details also?

your paypal address is fine, somewhere in the settings there is a minimum payout, once you have reached this, when they have all cleared it will be sent to your paypal addy.

Paypal is only for a minimum of £50 payout. If the amount is for more than this then you will need to enter your bank details, you can do this via your settings page.
