Mums washer packed up and she was off to shops for another when i stopped her and pursuaded her to let me get her a bargain on the net. She's still nervous about giving c card details over phone never mind shopping on net but found a great bargain at appliances 4u (based in Manchester) so ordered it on Monday, with promise of 2 - 5 day delivery. Heard nothing apart from std ack email. Sent email yesterday, no reply. Tried to phone them today, no tel no on site so sent another email. Got a reply saying (in v bad english!) 'due to current events in uk (?) we have cancelled all orders'!! Also said refund on its way to c card (not arrived yet but i'm sure it will, or that's what I'e told mum anyway!).
Their site still seems to be working as normal so be warned!!
