Is anyone here with bulb for utilities? Question

I manage my parents account using POA.

They have used far less than they were estimated owing to hot weather and a new more efficient boiler.

But bulb still takes the set amount each month.

With the previous supplier, I was able to request surplus credit to be paid into their bank account once it reached a certain figure (ie more than £50 in credit, for instance.)

Without going into the bulb website and searching for this option, does anyone know if it exists?

I recently requested and received a refund on overpaid charges and adjusted my monthly DD based on their own recommendations. Can't recall if it was via the app or the website but it was easy enough, refund paid promptly.

I think you can do it online easy enough, and you can definitely adjust the payment on there too.

You can adjust the monthly payment yourself. I have nearly £200 in credit which is a good dent into the winter costs. So I have adjusted my monthly payment to £5 per month. I can keep an eye on the bills and adjust again if necessary.

Bulb allow you to make the decision over how much you pay every month and changing it online is very easy.

I frequently adjust my payment so that my account is just in credit.
