Free TESCO/NEXT delivery - anyone have a code?

Would be grateful if anyone has codes for free delivery for either of these.
Being 9 months pg I'm finding it hard to get to the shops let alone walking around them!!

next free delivery codes(not sure if they are working?) got them from hotukdeals

L9006- no min spend

K9004- no min spend

L9005- no min spend(Free delivery not applicable to flowers, wine, next prescription glasses, personalised picture gifts, selected home items or delivery to alternative address.)

L9014- same terms as above

Try F0701 for Next, not sure if it can be transferred as they sent it by email but worth a go.
