New concept for drivers who have less than 10k miles each year. You pay a upfront "parked" insurance fee (based on your details) and then only by the pence for each mile you drive. The less you drive, the cheaper it will add up to at the end of the year.

I find this insurance a lifesaver, you pay a base price per year and then on a monthly basis you pay for the miles driven.
It's capped at 150 miles per day or 10,000 per year.
