We’ve joined Octopus Energy, after being with Flow and receiving terrible customer service.
So far we’re really impressed - the tariff wasn’t the absolute cheapest, but was the cheapest comparing companies with decent customer service ratings. And the communication via email has been really easy so far and we submit meter readings monthly. Also liked that a lot of their energy is “green”.
