AAARGH - just had an email from Debenhams saying they have cancelled my order!!!!

No explanation!

Is it cos I've used codes that aren't mine or are they just solds out???

Anyone else?

Oh dear. At the bottom of the order email it says:

This is not order confirmation or order acceptance by us. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the order invoice which takes place as your product is shipped from the warehouse.

ive just checked the forum from where i found this, people are getting their orders cancelled!

I ordered the dinner service and also a cutlery service, but my statement is showing a debit of the £12.75 only, maybe I'm not getting the cutlery service..........
