We would like to speak with you about your experiences of online gambling
Who are we?
The Behavioural Insights Team is a research organisation. We are working with GambleAware to understand the online gambling environment from a customer perspective.
What is the study about?
We are exploring ways to make the online gambling environment a safer space. Understanding customer experiences of the online gambling environment can help us to do this.
Who do we want to speak to?
We want to speak with two types of participants:

People who regularly use online gambling services for recreational reasons (at least once a week).

People who have experienced problems with gambling either in the past or currently. Examples of such problems are:
Gambling causing financial difficulties.
Feeling guilty about gambling
Gambling causing health problems including stress and anxiety
What would I have to do?
You will be asked to participate in a confidential interview over the phone or in person (you can choose). This will last 30-60 minutes. You will be compensated with either a £10/£15 Marks & Spencer's Voucher depending on how long our conversation lasts. You can choose another supermarket voucher if you prefer!
