crap quality IME. Had a bouquet of dead flowers delivered to me. To be fair they did send me another bouquet when I complained and sent in photos, but this wasn't much better than the first one. I would not use them.

What a shame! I have had brilliant bouquets and so have a few other friends. Glad they sent you a replacement.

It’s a bit crappy the way it works. Shows flowrs at £16
Yiu go to pay and the £10 discount is already reduced. So the bouquet was £26
Which is dearer by far tab other flower deliveries
Disappointed
