Hahahahahah....good scam. You can get the necklace for £1.98 on AliExpress. Even the pictures are lifted!!

Hi Rents. You're correct that some AliExpress sellers have now copied our design. However these are much lower quality and are not delivered within 48 hours of ordering (they take 3-4 weeks). These imitations normally arrive in a small envelope without the beautiful presentation boxes that make them the ideal for Christmas gifts.

Lily Rose London, it is funny you make a comment about copying, when your bee is a near identical copy of the signature Alex Monroe Bumble Bee Necklace. Its really sad when a business rips off anothers creativity. Exactly what the Zara’s and Topshop's of this world do to independent designers.

Likewise! My order for two items was accepted on 10th December and I've heard absolutely nothing since. No reply to an email I sent either.

We've only just seen these last 2 messages and we feel we ought to respond on here too. We had an issue with fulfilment company last year leading up to Christmas, as a result a few orders were delayed. We tried to get in contact with every customer who's order was delayed, we apologise if we didn't contact you soon enough. Since then we've upgraded our fulfilment process and are able to handle all orders now. We're sorry for the inconvenience and poor service we offered during this period, it's just one problem small companies like us face when we get more orders than expected. This year there will be no problems with delivery.

Beware of Lily Rose London. The chain quality is poor so I returned 2 necklaces. Used tracked delivery and I’m still waiting for a refund over 2 weeks after they were signed for. There is no telephone number- only an email address -but they don’t respond to emails!
