You go to www.ukholidaysinthesun.co.uk then it's fairly straight forward. You add your booking code, 10 code words (listed above), details of those going and enter 4 dates from a list and 4 holidays. They show you which fit your needs and you select one and pay.

Just re-read the bit about passing on to friends and family and it's just the extra code, no reference number so assume you can still book online anyway darling
