just noticed its a one size fits all

will that be an issue do you think for a 16year old ?

Would depend how comfortable the teenager is with her body. My sister started using her Femmecup at 14 so all depends!

I use a moon cup and they are very specific about choosing the right size in fact the website says 3mm is crucial

the femmecup is said to be 45mm x 50mm, whilst the smaller moon cup is 43mm x 50mm.
