So sorry Loopyloulu, that's so annoying! I got this catalogue (Winter) one day last week. On the inside back cover it gives the code WINTER13 for 15% off...definitely doesn't look like it's a personal one as it is properly printed. Maybe you could ring their Customer Service Dept in the morning to see if they could refund you some? Good luck x

Thanks- have checked inside back cover, on the back cover and on the front cover - and there is a circle with 'free p&p offer' in it but not discount code at all.

I actually bought the coat from John Lewis because I wanted quicker delivery ( next day) but had I got the discount code would have ordered from MV obviously.

I have that code on my catalogue too. Had just bought a top and scarf after waiting ages tho and giving up
