I thought Boden voucher codes are unique per single use? Did you get order confirmation Pinkpiglet?

It's in my order history but not had an email yet. I often find that Boden take a long time to send email confirmations. I'm not getting excited until it arrives!

It seems fine for multiple uses! I've spread it around a bit! Forgot to say that it expires 03/03/13!

no they will put stop to it when they trace back the voucher number - it always goes through initially

I received a very snooty email from boden saying that I shouldn't have used the code etc! Oops - tried the sob story saying a was a loyal customer and wondered whether they would honor the discount on my order and the £15 but no such luck! Worth a try though!

Well, I hadn't yet returned the phone call Boden made about my order, not having had time. However, in the interim have just received a despatch email. Seems they applied a discount, but one of £10 only. Quite odd really.

Does look like they're not honouring the code.

At the time of the order it says once vouchers is checked etc.......
