I stopped having these about a year ago, but got a free code and thought I would try another. They are much better now, as well as the two portions of dried fruit and seeds, there were flapjacks and rustic marble bread with red onion marmalade which was absolutely yummy. They taste better when they are free. Also, if you are doing weightwatchers, they now give nutritional info and calories, so you can point it.
