Joules £10 off £30 code - worked for anyone?

I have the card which I was sent by Joules with this code on but it won't work for me!

Customer services are their usual unhelpful selves at Joules...

Yes, I found another thread which says the same thing. I was looking for a code as Joules are the only place that have any girls coats that I like. I haven't been able to find one for November though. If they have sent you a code they should certainly honour it!

The code is BBYCNU3, it's valid from 29th Oct to 02 Dec. I can phone up and do it on the phone but then I don't get my topcashback too!
