Odeon film club points - how do they work?

If I book tickets and they cost £30 and I have 1880 points on my card (enough for one and a half tickets only!) can I use all my points towards the ticket or only use 'blocks' of points to pay for tickets, or can I only buy one with the points and pay for the rest?

I remember when a trip to the cinema was cheap entertainment!

I think you have to have enough points for a whole ticket but you can buy one ticket with points and one with cash on the same transaction (I used the website).
