Seen a top but could do with a discount to justify another addition to the wardrobe lol.

Thanks for this- just bought 2 dresses! Saw them in Joules yesterday- very flattering, and decided to order online in case I could get money off. My patience was rewarded!!

Joules say the code has expired-end of August. Their website is as awful as usual. Hard to actually put something in the basket, tells you the code was successful but doesn't act on it, epic search for a phone number and finally told code no longer valid. I am really fed up with them.

LucyEyelesbarrow · 12/09/2012 13:28

PASTRY for 15% off and free p&p until 30th September.

MrsBovary · 12/09/2012 14:48

I had trouble with the code too, couch, it kept taking the discount off again at point of payment. I emailed them, but their customer service was useless as always.

Couchsweetpotato · 12/09/2012 16:32

I've just had that too. I've emailed customer services but will have to call them tomorrow. I don't think I can face using them again.

ShoopShoop · 13/09/2012 15:31

Thanks - PASTRY just worked for me. Perhaps they've fixed it today. Agree though their customer service is terrible Sad

Couchsweetpotato · 13/09/2012 16:31

Well, I can vouch for that. I called to complain about the issue. I've been told that they are unable to add the reduction to my order. I can either accept delivery, return it and then re-order, which would mean me tracking it down to whatever courier site they use, and then getting to a post office, all on a Saturday morning (my only free time) and then waiting several more days for delivery, or accepting a £5 gift voucher. This is apparently a 'goodwill gesture'.

As I view taking more money from my card that I was billed for as outright fraud, I am rather Hmm about this. I've taken the voucher as I can't face the faff but of course there's nothing on their site for £5 so to use it I have to give them more money. Dodgy as hell. Avoid Joules.

HollyBollyBooBoo · 13/09/2012 19:57

Have to say I had the easiest transaction with Joules. Just added it to the basket, applied the code, paid on Mastercard, item arrived 6 days later. No problems at all.

Couchsweetpotato · 13/09/2012 20:24

Apparently they introduced a new website last Friday. It is full of 'glitches', they are getting lots of complaints and the web team are working round the clock to sort it out. I think given this, they should warn customers there may be problems.
