Anyone else having trouble using the online promo code? When I try to apply the discount code, it won't accept it, saying it's already been redeemed.

Hi, got the same problem. Seems they're having a lot of technical problems! Getting proxy errors now... Also emailed customer services... Imagine they've got thousands of complaints!! Oh dear...

I called customer services, the whole code system has imploded and none are working- however, they were very helpful; took my order over the phone and discounted it by 30%.

Hi, I was just about to update with same info as Tethersend. I called the above no. and then chose option 1 to place an order. Had to wait a few minutes but the girl took my order and applied the discount. I just needed the product codes from my online shopping basket and the 30% off code.

I didn't need the code- the woman said they were all useless anyway, so it didn't matter
