hi all does anyone know of any offers vouchers or discounts on the micro scooters??

as they are not cheap would be great to get a percentage knocked off at least :)

do you have a notcutts garden centre near you? if you do you can join their 'sage' card club and that will get you discount, i cant remember how much 20%? and they sell them in their garden centres, plus look out for their sales i picked up a maxi micro scooter in their sale just before xmas and it was £39!! they are meant to be £99, they had the little ones for £20 some of them were 'display' one but they hadnt been used, just been out on the shop floor for you to look at!

i bought mine from the norwich notcutts, i have never used their online service but they have them in the stores :)

I tried to order a Micro Maxi from Bikester.com as recommended on here but out of stock. I searched through google germany to find the cheapest i could and found various models at sportgigant.at . They have the maxi on offer at E79.90 and postage to UK at E6.99 , so total E86.89 which came to £75 in total. Much cheaper than Uk.

I read in another thread about bikester but their website doesn't seem to exist anymore here in UK...at least I couldn't get on it for almost a week now but still hesitated with ordering a Micro Maxi from other sites as I just couldn't bring myself to spend GBP99 for the green one (my DD like to be different hence loves everything in green instd of pink) plus £6-8 for P&P as order value under £100. Managed to get the green one from Austria for EUR79.90 and with EUR6.99 for p&p it comes out more than £30 cheaper than ordering here in UK. Expensive still but way more manageable than before. That's mumsnet at it's best!!
